What is a Fanlisting?
A fanlisting is a website made by a fan, for other fans. It lets everyone unite as a fan of a specific topic and they can register
as members to be listed. This fanlisting is for fans of the character Shinji (Paul) from the anime/manga series Pokemon.
Why Shinji?
Many people have said that I have a thing for the totally unlovable characters in a series, and my love for Shinji is no exception. He's strong, smart, arrogant and a complete jerk at times, but those things all add to his personality and make me love him even more. Whether he's reluctantly helping a trainer in need or battling to his heart's content, Shinji is just one of those characters who you can't help but love.
'Chikara'? Layout?
The word Chikara means power, and that's just what Shinji has and strives to have with his Pokemon. There were a million names I was trying to choose from, but in the end, I decided to go with chikara since it's Shinji's way of battling. This layout came after a horrible default temporary one, and features a picture of Shinji on the top of a maze wall trying to catch a Fearow with a bunch of my favourite Shinji poses around it.
